2) Service scope
We provide a public-data-based analysis of Instagram profiles, delivering a technical report (PDF) with observations on automation signals, anomalies, spikes, and activity/engagement patterns. The service does not involve access to private accounts, bypassing authentication mechanisms, or notifying the analysed profile.
- Confidentiality: we do not notify the analysed profile.
- Model accuracy: internal heuristics/models are evaluated at 98% accuracy in controlled scenarios; real-world results may vary.
- Timeline: we aim to deliver within 24h after payment confirmation, barring technical force majeure.
3) Client account & responsibility
- When opening a case, you must provide accurate information: Instagram handle, country, WhatsApp (with country code), and email.
- You are responsible for using the report in a lawful and proportionate manner, respecting privacy and applicable laws.
- Use of the service is prohibited for harassment, stalking, doxxing, defamation, discrimination, or any unlawful purpose.
4) Payments & billing
- The service is charged as a one-time payment per analysis.
- Payments are processed by an external payment provider (secure checkout). Local taxes/fees may apply.
- Default currency: USD, unless otherwise indicated on the payment page.
5) Report delivery
- After payment confirmation, we start the analysis and send the PDF to the email/WhatsApp you provided.
- The estimated timeline is up to 24h. In exceptional situations (platform instability, maintenance, unusual volume), timing may extend; we will notify you via email/WhatsApp.
6) Refunds
- Before analysis starts: full refund may be available.
- After analysis starts: generally non-refundable, as the service is bespoke and consumed in technical effort.
- Exceptions: duplicated payment or provider error.
- Payment disputes (chargebacks): please contact us first for an amicable resolution attempt.
7) Acceptable use & prohibitions
- Do not use for illegal, discriminatory, or rights-violating activities.
- Do not attempt to circumvent technical limits, access private accounts, or collect non-public data.
- Do not sublicense, resell, or redistribute the report without permission.
8) Intellectual property
- Service content, marks, design, and materials belong to Sherlock Social or its licensors.
- You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for internal use of the delivered report.
- “Instagram” is a third-party trademark. Sherlock Social is neither affiliated with nor endorsed by Meta Platforms, Inc.
9) Warranties & disclaimer
- The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant specific results or conclusions.
- Analyses rely on public data subject to change, noise, limitations, and third-party availability.
- The report is informational; it is not legal, financial, or official expert advice.
10) Limitation of liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sherlock Social is not liable for lost profits, indirect, special, or consequential damages.
- Total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount paid by the client for the case giving rise to the claim.
11) Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate the service in case of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, legal order, or relevant technical/operational reasons.
12) Privacy & personal data
Personal data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy. In short: we work with public data, maintain strict confidentiality, and do not notify analysed profiles.
13) Changes to the service and to these Terms
We may update features, pricing, and these Terms. The current version will be published on this page with the respective date.
14) Governing law & venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of London shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.

If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force (“severability”). Failure to exercise a right does not constitute a waiver.
